Shipping policy

Parcel Air ships across the United States and Canada. Orders ship within 48 hours of purchase. Within the US, shipping is free on orders over $100; otherwise a flat rate of $7.95 applies. To Canada, shipping is a flat $24.95. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your box is on its way.

Order by 12pm PT and your box ships the same day. Express is $19.95 and arrives in 2–3 business days. Flying sooner than that? Email hello@parcelair.co and we'll do what we can!

Shipping to Canada
Your box crosses a border to reach you, so Canadian import tax (GST/HST) is collected on delivery rather than at checkout — roughly 5% to 15% of your order value, depending on your province. Your carrier may add a small handling fee on top of it. Most orders arrive duty-free, as Canada exempts courier shipments under CAD $150.
